5. Events-Patio Party to benefit parks and rec
   Rally-need proclamations from: N. Liberty(Bridget), Corralville(Marty), IC(Bridget), CR(John)
   Invite mayors to read proclamations
   Parade-waiting for school to finish, Parking needs reserved, parade route needs passed
   Festival-music set, vendor meeting set, proud family play area set
