In attendance: Kirsten, Bridget, Jewell, Catherine, Miranda, 4 students

Check-in

Fundraisers:

Jan. Music event was well attended Kirsten needs to get with Emily about the money

Jewell will check with Mark to see if he is still interested in doing a Bowling fundraiser in March.  If not then:

Jewell will get with Brett and see if we can't plan the 1+1 social for March 21st

Jewell Will check with Brett about Miss Pickle, make sure that it is still set For April 11th and-

Jewell will work on getting some gift cards for Miss Pickle 15 to 16 people

Publicity: Gazette Insert

Jewell will remind Bridget to send out email to the group about getting advertisements for the insert

Catherine will hit Capana's and Salon Salon this week

Kirsten will hit Walden Square stores

Bridget needs to email Kirsten the electronic form for the June Calendar

Festival-

Patio Party-June 18th- Catherine will work on

Parade-set to do June 19th- will wait to submit route after festival location is set

Miranda to check with Big 10 rental about a fire truck

Festival-June 19th- location problems!  Looking into new locations-Ped Mall or College green

Kirsten and Miranda will work on getting the forms in ASAP so we can see what direction we need to go

Jewell will ask Doug to update the Website about vendor forms after we get festival location set

Kirsten to work on Music for the Festival (Lojo Russo is interested in playing for us)
